Cancellation Policy
For the best service, please let us know at least 3 (three) business hours ahead if you need to cancel an appointment unless it’s on the same day. Same-day appointments cannot be canceled. Please do not leave a voicemail if you need to cancel after hours.
To cancel your appointment, reach out to one of our live agents, who will assist you and provide a cancellation code. If you do not follow our cancellation policy, you will be charged a reduced service call fee of $125 plus tax. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the original appointment.
