Fast, reliable and great service! Pricing is great also! Had a few things that needed replacing suspension rods and a new drain hose. Aleq did a wonderful job! Got me back up and running before the holiday (Memorial Day weekend) He cleaned up , ran a cycle to ensure everything was working smoothly. Definitely recommend them for appliance repairs!!

I was able to get an appointment within a day for my issue. The service tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem I had with my dryer. He fixed it in a timely manner. I’ve had no issues since. Would highly recommend them!

Edit: After posting this review I have been offered a refund contingent upon editing said review, which I am doing now to receive my refund. The tech arrived within the scheduled time window. This is the best thing that I can say about my experience. He looked at my washing machine for exactly 3 minutes. He took nothing apart. He then explained to me that I needed a new washer drum and that it would be prohibitively expensive ($500 for the part plus labor). I asked if he was sure that it wasn’t the seal or if there was a leak there would be a way to patch it. He told me that it wouldn’t matter as it’s an older model and they would have to replace the entire drum. I’m 95% sure it’s a seal or gasket. When I have the time I will do the repair myself. So, to summarize, after 3 minutes of not doing anything with my washer I was charged $99 to diagnose the problem. I spoke with the company and was simply told that they do not offer refunds.

I got a same day appointment to repair a LG washing machine. I had tried several other businesses but they were unavailable. The tech had to drive two hours round trip and an hour of repair time. replaced a water drain pump with an LG part. Performed a full diagnostic on washing machine, testing all cycles. The total with parts and labor was $385

Worst company ever, they came out 4-27-26 my fridge wasn’t keeping cool they said it was the control board and total price would be 700.00 and would be 2 days before part would be in and would contact me they never did and I had paid half already, I called back the person who ever answered there calls is very rude and just says we’ll have the service tech get in touch with you, they did at 7pm Friday night, they came sat put in the control board and I pd the rest of the bill. By sat night my fridge wasn’t cooling at all and had a temp of 59 inside and even Sunday morning it was still 59 degrees. Tried calling and there is no way to leave a message it just keeping ringing and saying hold for next customers service, Finally after several calls someone answered his name was Benjamin and said we’ll have tech call you back but nobody called back this was Monday so today Tuesday I started calling again several time’s finally got Benjamin again and he tried saying they would call me back I was in the system well I said no that’s no good enough I need someone out here now today I’ve pd 700.00 and my fridge is worst then when I had them out. All he would say is mam don’t talk to me that way, which all I was saying don’t hang up on me I need you to send someone back out or refund me my money. So over and over all he would say is mam don’t talk to me that way. I never curse at him at all just send a tech back out here. Finally just hung up and as of now Tuesday night no call or any one has reach out. Guess I’ll report to better business bureau and what ever else I need to do. As of today 5-13-26 the company has reach out and offered a refund for $586.17 they are keeping the $99.00 service free. I will update again when I get our refund.
