Raymond arrived promptly at 11 am this morning and quickly got to work fixing the latch to my lg washing machine. It has a 3 month warranty and he was done in 30 mins. I have a front loader that has a sensor for the latch lock and the latch got stuck. (“lovely” technical difficulty for lg’s) . I am running a tub clean cycle on it now to see how well it works currently. Overall I’m happy with how quickly he got here and took care of it. A holiday no less. I hope he enjoys it with minor issues for his work day. I also hope I don’t have any more issues with anything else that I will need to call. Again happy with how quickly he resolved a minor but complex issue.

I was able to get an appointment within a day for my issue. The service tech was able to quickly diagnose the problem I had with my dryer. He fixed it in a timely manner. I’ve had no issues since. Would highly recommend them!

Edit: After posting this review I have been offered a refund contingent upon editing said review, which I am doing now to receive my refund. The tech arrived within the scheduled time window. This is the best thing that I can say about my experience. He looked at my washing machine for exactly 3 minutes. He took nothing apart. He then explained to me that I needed a new washer drum and that it would be prohibitively expensive ($500 for the part plus labor). I asked if he was sure that it wasn’t the seal or if there was a leak there would be a way to patch it. He told me that it wouldn’t matter as it’s an older model and they would have to replace the entire drum. I’m 95% sure it’s a seal or gasket. When I have the time I will do the repair myself. So, to summarize, after 3 minutes of not doing anything with my washer I was charged $99 to diagnose the problem. I spoke with the company and was simply told that they do not offer refunds.

I got a same day appointment to repair a LG washing machine. I had tried several other businesses but they were unavailable. The tech had to drive two hours round trip and an hour of repair time. replaced a water drain pump with an LG part. Performed a full diagnostic on washing machine, testing all cycles. The total with parts and labor was $385
