Yes. We understand that a broken fridge or washer is an emergency. We offer same-day appointments throughout the week, depending on technician availability. It is best to call as early in the day as possible to secure a spot.
What are your service hours?
For your convenience, we operate with extended hours. We are typically available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, including weekends.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book a technician by calling us directly at our service line or by using the online booking tool on our website. You will receive a confirmation and a window for when your technician will arrive.
How much is the diagnostic fee?
Our standard service call fee is $99. This covers the technician’s travel and a full professional diagnostic of your appliance’s issue.
Is the service fee waived if I proceed with the repair?
Yes! If you choose to move forward with the recommended repair, we waive the diagnostic fee and you only pay for the labor and parts required to fix the machine.
Do you provide a quote before starting the work?
Absolutely. Our technicians provide a transparent, flat-rate quote after the diagnosis. We do not perform any repairs without your explicit approval, and there are no hidden “hourly” surprises.
What kind of parts do you use?
We use brand-new, manufacturer-recommended (OEM) parts to ensure the longevity of your repair. Our technicians carry a large selection of common parts in their vehicles to complete most repairs on the first visit.
Is there a warranty on your work?
We stand behind our quality. If an appliance fails shortly after a repair, we encourage you to contact us immediately. While specific terms vary by part, we typically offer 90-day warranty on both the labor performed and the parts installed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we prioritize fast response times, we generally have a no-cancellation policy for same-day appointments. We ask that you ensure someone is home during your scheduled window to avoid a missed-appointment fee.
