I called Superior (seriously one of the best I’ve ever met) to diagnose my washer-dryer combo that had been acting up for months. The guy came on time, very polite, clean, no unnecessary chatting. He spent about 50 minutes doing a very thorough diagnosis — checked absolutely everything: electronics, sensors, motor, control board voltages, error history, the whole works. In the end he very calmly and honestly explained: “Yes, it can be repaired… but it will be expensive, quite complicated, and there’s still a decent chance it breaks again in 6–12 months because several critical parts are already worn out.” He didn’t try to sell me the repair, didn’t push unnecessary parts, just gave clear pros/cons and rough pricing. Because of his honesty and professionalism I decided not to repair the machine at all and just ordered a new one. Sometimes when even an excellent master says “it’s not worth saving anymore” — that’s the most valuable diagnosis you can get. 10/10 would call again (though hopefully never need to 😅) Highly recommended if you want the truth, not fairy tales.

Emin was the technician that came over to assess my refrigerator freezer. Right from the start he was friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also provided great advice. Even though I didn’t use their service in the end (because I own an older refrigerator that requires a new compressor and it didn’t make sense for me to spend close to $1000 to repair when I can just get a new one),I will definitely use their service in the future. It’s hard to find honest people these days!

I contacted the company over multiple concerns with my washing machine. The technician called in advance to let me know his arrival time. Was prompt, polite, and competent. His was able to provide an on spot estimate for repairs and gave me my options and his opinion when I asked for it. He was honest and helpful. I made the decision to not move forward with repair cost and purchase new. His honesty helped me make the right decision. I had the unfortunate experience of my refrigerator suddenly shutting down, but I was able to get a same-day appointment with this company, which I really appreciated. The technician arrived within a few hours and seemed very thorough in diagnosing the issue. He determined that there was a short in the compressor and provided a general repair estimate. Overall, the service was prompt and professional. My only minor feedback is that communication was sometimes a little difficult due to a language barrier, and I didn’t receive a written estimate for the repair — only the receipt for the diagnostic visit.

The drainage pump on the dishwasher was not working so I called the Appliance Experts who set up a setrvice date promptly at my covenience . The serviceman Abrahim quickly diagnosed that the pump had to be replaced. The new pump was ordered and installed within a couple of days and tested for function before he left, which was just in time, because we were expecting company. Excellent service!
