Service man was clean cut, presentable, and kind. I appreciated that as I’m an older female by myself. They attempted to fix my refrigerator/freezer, but unfortunately it was the compressor and I ended up just buying a new unit. Reasonable pricing, and the service man was on time and texted when he ran into traffic that he was running 15 minutes later than expected.

The technician arrived, did a quick diagnostic and explained what needed to be replaced. Went to his truck, found new parts and replaced it within 1 hour. Now the dryer is back up and running again.

2024-08-15 called – used web form – for washing machine past extended warranty and damaged by flood that flooded all of Lewisville. Appointment set for next day. Repairman very polite, efficient, very good explanation. Unit is 11 years old and likely water got onto a printed circuit. Should have left it to dry three days. Do that now and then try again. Only two printed circuits and one is no longer provided by Samsung (discontinued part) and the other is $800 installed. Better to replace than repair if drying does not work. He will call back in five days to see if that worked. $149 total charge. Astonishingly excellent service. He did note that “all my calls this week seem to be about flooded appliances”

It was a great experience for us. Very professional and responsive team. I was scheduled immediately and the expert arrived within 24 hours, even though it was a weekend. The appliance expert Ramil was also very helpful and completed the repairs swiftly.
