Dec 4, 2025I had the unfortunate experience of my refrigerator suddenly shutting down, but I was able to get a same-day appointment with this company, which I really appreciated. The technician arrived within a few hours and seemed very thorough in diagnosing the issue. He determined that there was a short in the compressor and provided a general repair estimate. Overall, the service was prompt and professional. My only minor feedback is that communication was sometimes a little difficult due to a language barrier, and I didn’t receive a written estimate for the repair — only the receipt for the diagnostic visit.

Someone could have been sent that afternoon, but we needed to be out, so Ahmed came in the morning. We will not hesitate to use Appliance Fix Experts again. Oh…and he told us the best product to clean our machine. Very happy!
