Ahmed called 10 minutes prior to arrival, was pleasant and efficient. He solved and fixed our issue in minutes. We sent an email and had a call back within minutes. Someone could have been sent that afternoon, but we needed to be out, so Ahmed came in the morning. We will not hesitate to use Appliance Fix Experts again. Oh…and he told us the best product to clean our machine. Very happy!
