I had the unfortunate experience of my refrigerator suddenly shutting down, but I was able to get a same-day appointment with this company, which I really appreciated. The technician arrived within a few hours and seemed very thorough in diagnosing the issue. He determined that there was a short in the compressor and provided a general repair estimate. Overall, the service was prompt and professional. My only minor feedback is that communication was sometimes a little difficult due to a language barrier, and I didn’t receive a written estimate for the repair — only the receipt for the diagnostic visit.

This was a short notice request for service and although the service guy couldn’t fix the problem either he showed up by on time and explained what he checked and read the repair manual but said it came down to a equipment fault under warranty

Ahmed called 10 minutes prior to arrival, was pleasant and efficient. He solved and fixed our issue in minutes. We sent an email and had a call back within minutes.
